I would like to request the following information for the completion of my thesis on the nutritional management of chronic kidney disease: 1) The total number of dialysis patients per year (from 2016 to 2020) 2) What % of this is hemodialysis? Peritoneal dialysis? 3) How many Filipinos are diagnosed with CKD Stage 5 per year? (2016 - 2020)
