I am Maria Morabe. I'd like to request a copy of the Philippine Renal Disease Registry report for my feasibility study on establishing pediatric renal services, which is a requirement for post-graduate studies. In addition, may I request for data on the cost of HD, PD & kidney transplant. Thank you.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our Public Health Unit Office does not have the information you have requested as our available information is up to year 2016 only. You may post another FOI based on our available date parameters (e.g. 2012 to 2016) Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at [email protected].
