Good day, I am Dr. Adrienne Cornelia Mathay. I am conducting research for a biotech company from Japan, which produces products for management of CKD patients. May I please request for the following: 1. Philippine Renal Disease Registry over the past 10 years (2011-2021) 2. List of hospital-based dialysis centers 3. List of public and private dialysis centers 4. PH CKD population (incidence, prevalence), at each stage 5. PH ESRD population (incidence, prevalence) 6. Percentage of ESRD population using kidney replacement therapy 7. Percentage utilization of dialysis machines in PH
