Greetings! I, Dwight Cholo A. Delfin, currently a Grade 12 STEM Student from TRACE College. Together with my members, we are conducting a research entitled "The Feasibility of Calcium Carbonate from Mud Crab (Scylla Serrata) as a Substitute Coagulant of Tofu". We are now in the middle of Chapter 4, may we know if you had a national standards for tofu in the Philippines? If there is, may we know where can we find or view the said standards?
