Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2.
To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address [email protected]. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
Meanwhile, you may walk-in at any registration center to claim your ePhilID at your earliest convenience. Please present your transaction slip or TRN on the day of your visit.
