Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Filipino Doctoral student of Ritsumeikan University in Japan conducting a study on the historical reception of Filipino television viewers. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I am unable to return to the Philippines to conduct my research. In regards to that, may I ask if it is possible to request for soft copies of the Philippine Media Factbook and Other Facts and Figures published by your research department from 1990 onwards. I would deeply appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
