Good day! I would like to request for Philippine heart disease dataset, which will be used for my machine learning thesis that classifies the presence of heart disease. The number of instances (rows) should be at least 500, and it may suffice depending on the availability.
Preferably, the dataset has the following:

Attribute Information
1. age
2. sex
3. chest pain type  (4 values): 1: typical angina; 2: atypical angina; 3: non-anginal pain; 4: asymptomatic
4. resting blood pressure
5. serum cholesterol in mg/dl
6. fasting blood sugar > 120 mg/dl
7. resting electrocardiographic results  (values 0,1,2)
8. maximum heart rate achieved
9. exercise-induced angina
10. old peak = ST depression induced by exercise relative to rest
11. the slope of the peak exercise ST segment
12. number of major vessels (0-3) colored by fluoroscopy
13.  thalassemia: 3 = normal; 6 = fixed defect; 7 = reversible defect

Attribute Types
Real: 1,4,5,8,10,12
Ordered: 11
Binary: 2,6,9
Nominal: 3,7,13

Variable to be predicted
- absence (0) or presence (1) of heart disease

Dataset Format
- csv, xlsx, or any other format parsable as dataframe

If the dataset is different from what I suggested, I would also request the documentation or attribute information of the dataset.
