Good day,
I would like to have a request for the guidelines, resolution or memorandum about Philippine Depository Receipt (PDR) in Mass Media, Telecommunications, cable or satellite televisions and Public Utilities.
I want to know the purposes and functions of PDR.
Are foreign nationals allowed to buy shares and excluded from voting or ownership through PDR?
Thank you and keep safe.
