I kindly request access to a soft copy of the Philippine Coconut Industry Roadmap 2021-2040, particularly one with clear images of the roadmap's Figures 6.1 to 6.5. The copy uploaded in the DA PCAF webpage shows low-quality figures with unreadable text (SWOT matrices). Thank you.
