Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) was to promote, accelerate and regulate the growth and development of the construction industry in conformity with national goals. Please be informed that CIAP is not an infrastructure implementing agency. However, you may wish to contact ADB, JICA, EDCF and WB directly.
