Dear Ma'am/Sir; Good day! I am Angelica C. Señido, I am an applicant of the Philippine Air Force but my height is 152 cm and doesn't meet the qualification standard set by the Philippine Air Force. I would like to request a height waiver use for PAF application. Thank you!
April 24, 2023 Dear Angelica, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 20, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Philippine Air Force. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is a height waiver for your PAF application. The NCIP Central office is no longer processing such waiver but in the regional office, since you are from Cainta Rizal you may address your concern to Dir. Carlos P. Buasen , Regional Director RegionIV-A. However, you may wish to contact Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr. at [email protected], or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr. at [email protected] . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
