I would like to request for the total monthly claims data from 2016-2021 for the following, differentiated by government hospitals and private hospitals claims:
1. Diseases: Gastroenteritis, Asthma, cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease, COPD, Dengue, Diabetes, Hypertension, Ischemic Heart Disease, Pneumonia, Stroke, Tuberculosis
2. Services: chemotherapy, cataract removal, and normal child delivery
3. COVID-19 related claims (monthly, 2020-2021): illness codes C19T1, C19T2 , C19T3, C19IP2 , C19FRP , C19IP3 , C19IP1 , C19IP4 , C19CI
Hope to acquire them in Excel format.
