1.) Philhealth claims processed (yr 2015, 2016 and 2017) - kindly categorize report according to sponsored program, individually paying, private employed, govt employed, lifetime members and overseas workers - claims include hospitalization, diagnostics, professional fees, in-patient medicine
2.) Philhealth benefits paid - total amount paid per year (yr 2015, 2016 and 2017) - kindly categorize report accdg to sponsored program, individually paying, private employed, govt employed, lifetime members and overseas workers)
