I write in connection with an article I am writing on the construction of PGH Diliman. I would like to request for a copy of the feasibility study on the PGH Diliman Project. If applicable, I would like to see the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) of the area where PGH is set to be constructed. These records are being requested for the research and reporting purposes of Tinig ng Plaridel. Thank you.
