This refers to your request for documents in Coca Cola Case.
It is with deep regret that we could not grant your request as it falls on one of the exemptions provided in the FOI.

 "Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory, or quasi-judicial powers;"
 
It is the policy of the DOLE-Bureau of Working Conditions that only those who are party to the case will be given access to records of cases. If you are referring to the Coca Cola case of RO IV A, and you are party to the case, you may request the documents of the case at DOLE RO IV A as the records are currently on their possession.
