Hi,
I would like to request for copies of the personal data sheet or curriculum vitae of various PMS officials, specifically of the acting head, undersecretaries, and assistant secretaries. We are specifically looking into their educational and professional backgrounds.
Since we are only interested in looking into specific details, information not relevant to our request (personal details like address, name of minor children, etc), can be omitted or blackened out.

I'm currently doing research for a possible profile story on the presidential appointees, and our request is a routine fact checking which will help us ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting. The report would be aired on our news casts, and published online.
Again, we just would like to request for educational and professional backgrounds, and other data (specially sensitive and personal information) can be omitted.
