Good Day!

I am a 5th-year Architecture Student currently conducting my thesis study. As my Thesis proposal involves a development in Laguna de Bay in which I have opted to use water treatment and sewage treatment in the development. I would like to request a Permit to Discharge so that I can further continue with my thesis. Rest assured that it will be used for academic purposes only and with the sole purpose of completing the academe.
