We, members of the Kelsey Hills Subdivision HOA would like to ask permission if we could post the SAP Beneficiaries list provided to us by our Baranggay. Our HOA is in Kelsey Hills Subdivision - Muzon, SJDM Bulacan.

Although the Baranggay provided the masterlist to our HOA Officers for SUPPOSED info dissemination they (HOA Officers)  did not post the list leaving residents clueless as to who are the actual SAP beneficiaries.

We are hoping for your kind consideration on our request.

Your request

You requested the following: (1) Permission to post SAP beneficiaries list of Kelsey Hills Subdivision, Barangay Muzon, SJDM, Bulacan on private HOA FB Page for dissemination of list to your HOA vulnerable sector who are unable to go outside their residence because, while the barangay has already gave your HOA officers the list, your officers did not post said list leaving residents clueless as to who are the actual SAP beneficiaries.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone  number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As to the publication of names, the Department of Interior and Local Government has already ordered each barangay to publish the SAP beneficiaries. Thus, you could probably request Barangay Muzon for an additional copy and also request permission from them because it was the barangay who made said list of the SAP beneficiaries

Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
