Good day! I would like to request from your good office permission to conduct a study on the situation of recidivist CICL aged 15-17 in the provinces of Albay and Catanduanes. May your good office grant me permission or authorization that I will present to the duty bearers wcpd and dswd for them to disclose the personal information of the CICL. The personal information that I will gather will be treated as privileged and confidential. It is for research purposes only.
