Dear Ma’am/Sir Greetings of peace and gratitude! I, Marian L. Gealone, 5th year student of Bataan Peninsula State University —, taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture, is currently conducting my thesis study entitled: A mixed-use development complex In relation to this, I am cordially asking your good office to give permission, that the existing tree on the site can be removed. Additionally, I'll requesting you for a letter just to show that I'm capable of removing a different existing tree that will obstruct to my proposed project. This is for thesis purpose only.

Your request You asked for Permission of DENR for the cutting of tree for your proposed project Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot issue the permit you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of the DENR nearest you to apply for the cutting permit. You may refer to "DAO-2021-11" or Guidelines in the processing and issuance of permits for the cutting, removal and relocation of naturally growing trees for the procedure and requirements.
