Good day,
I would like to ask if we can return up to 100% workforce if all our employees received 1st dose and half of them already received the final dose. Can we request a guideline for this?

Dear Jezriel,
Thank you for your request dated Aug 17, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for allowable Percentage of Workforce if Employees are Vaccinated.
Currently, there is NO issuance yet coming from the government on allowing 100% operations of establishments with 100% of its workforce have received the first jab or has completed their COVID 19 vaccination.
May we inform you that the yard stick of allowing establishments to operate fully is the Alert Level Status (formerly, Quarantine status of the community) where business establishments is located. There is NO guarantee that vaccinated individuals will not have the virus in the course of their close interactions. Thus, limiting the number of physically reporting workers is still part of the minimum public health standards that should be implemented inside the establishments.
This is to inform you also that IATF Policies for some essential work are allowed 100% operations regardless of quarantine classification provided that minimum public health standards are observed. You may consult the DTI for establishments that are allowed 100% operations.
