April 11, 2023 Dear Citizen, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 15, 2023, 03:08:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for the Percentage of Recidivism of those who were granted probation. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [Total Supervision Caseload Table] of your requested information. Based on the said table, the revocation rate is 1.89%. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the agency currently does not have the information as to how many of the revoked cases were due to the commission of another crime while under supervision/probation. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to OIC Administrator Julito M.
