Hello good day, may I have permission to request the data regarding the percentage of deaf and mute population in the Philipppines due to our capstone thesis project, as studying in Biomedical Engineering in Ateneo de Zamboanga we are tasked to look for the population in the deaf community for our project an assistive technology for the deaf as this research Percentage of Deaf and Mute Population in the Philippines would advise us and be particular to our goal population as we create an assistive technology to help the deaf in regards to their difficulties in daily life
