Hi Sir/Madam, I took the PEPT at Burgos Elementary School in Pasay City, somewhere in 1997-2003. Unfortunately the copy of the test result got burned during a small fire incident at home . I plan to finish school and long have I saved. I cannot enroll as the school is requiring me for the copy of the PEPT test. Please help me . Thank you.
