Good day! I would like to inquire if the OSG still has a copy of the Appellee's Brief submitted by the office in the case of People versus Rene Siao [G.R. No. 126021. March 3, 2000.]. The case was decided on 29 March 1996 by RTC Branch 13 of Cebu City. The Brief for the Appellee was signed by Asst. Sol. Gen. Mariano M. Martinez, Asst. Sol. Gen. Nestor J. Ballacillo and Assoc. Sol. Grace Gliceria F. De Vera. If the said brief still exists, may I request for a copy of the same as I need to consider the OSG's position in that particular appeal to properly analyze the case for my thesis.
