Hi, My Mother EDITHA RAMILLA ISMAEL , the Legal Beneficiary of deceased 2LT CELESTINO SARABIA ISMAEL - 058742 PAF. My mother completed sending documents as Bi-yearly update of living status. Except for new document requirement CENOMAR CRS#5. We have delayed submitting this due to no records appear in PSA. Right now we are completing to fix the problem of this document (CRS#5) at the part of Manila C-hall to send copy to PSA. the ATM (LBP) of my mother with balance cannot withdraw now frm ATM Machines. We request to AFPPGMC allow my mother withdraw remaining money in her ATM.
