Hello, With this letter i would like to ask help for immediate release of my package sent from the Netherlands dated january 3, 2019 and reached its destination Philippines since january 9 this year at 7:30 pm and says it is in the bureau of custom for examination. The track and trace stays the same since 2 weeks already, no changes.
