Good day po. ask ko lang ano po talaga ang penalty if mahuhuli na operating na walang VAS ang isang provider? Sa area po kasi namin is sabi is pakukuhain lng ng VAS pero continous pa rin operation nila while processing po sila sa VAS. Di po pala ipa-stop po sila pending compliance? and can only resume until makacomply po sila? If ganun lang po kasi is parang mas pabor pa sa kanila if mag-operate sila illegally (kumikita na) and later if mahuli is process nalang. Anyway, working pa naman sila while processing. kumikita pa rin. Medyo unfair po ata sa mga may VAS na affected sa price nila.
