Dear Sirs/Mesdames, My name is Princess Joie C. Macalinga-Castillo, a 3rd year law student at Centro Escolar University School of Law and Jurisprudence, and a past OSG Legal Intern (Batch Banyuhay). I am currently working with my thesis entitled: "Findings and future: Revisiting Section 21, Article VII of the 1987 Philippine Constitution in view of the pronouncements of the Supreme Court in the case of PCICC v. Medialdea." With regard thereof, I would like to request to access case record including pleadings filed and recordings of the oral arguments. Thank you.
