You asked for a copy of the fax letter sent by Undersecretary Arriola to the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the FOI Decision Maker deemed that the release of an internal DFA fax letter is not possible, as approved by the FOI Approving Authority. Nevertheless, the FOI Decision Maker assures the requesting party that the contents of the said fax letter were fully reflected in the former's letter to the latter dated 21 February 2018.
