Hi DPWH, Awaiting your confirmation on the road widening project in the approaches of the construction of the new Talave Bridge bordering Calatrava and San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. The road widening project involved sugarcane fields owned by MINA located in Barangay Refugio, Calatrava, Negros Occidental. If payments were not made in the name of the landowner MENCHACA INTEGRATED AGRICULTURAL CORPORATION (MINA), were payments made in the name of ERLINDA VALMAYOR BAGUIO or ERLINDA V. BAGUIO?
