Pleasant day we would like to know the pay standards for librarians in the national capital region; our institution would like to do benchmarking studies on librarian's salary

JUAN MARTIN GUASCH Tracking No: NWPC-095511915957 Dear Mr. Guasch: In reference to your request for information on the pay standards for librarians in public educational institutions in the National Capital Region (NCR), may we refer you to the Index of Occupational Services, Occupational Groups, Classes and Salary Grades - CY 2018 Edition from the Department of Budget and Management which indicates that public librarians in the Education, Library, Museum and Archival Service fall within Salary Grades 11 to 24. This is equivalent to PhP20,754/month for Librarian 1 to PhP83,406/month for Librarian V. For librarians in private educational institutions, the current minimum wage rate in the National Capital Region is PhP537.00 per day. Thank you.
