Good day! Last Friday, February 24, I was supposed to have my passport renewal appointment at 2pm. But the night before, President Marcos issued a memo declaring February 24 a holiday. Thus, the appointment was automatically canceled. What should I do now? I already paid for my appointment fee. Do I have to schedule again? Will they charge me again for the same fee even though it wasn't me who canceled? Please enlighten me. Thank you.
