Purpose: REFUND FOR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT
Date of Coverage: 12/25/2023 - 12/25/2023
Tracking no: #DFA-088332516277
Refund regarding a cancelled appointment on January 5. It was indicated that the appointment can be rescheduled 3 days before. Today is dec 25 and yet there is no reschedule button on the website. so i assumed that it was the cancel schedule button. Don't give me the answer that the policy says no refund for the cancelled appointment when the appointment also says that you can cancel but there's no option in rescheduling. EVERYONE WILL ASSUME THAT CANCEL APPOINTMENT IS THE WAY. Is this a modern day scam? Appointment Code : 00062024010500071 Payment Transaction No. 00062024010500071
