Hi good day sir/madam; I would like to follow up my application for TABANG EASE OFW PROGRAM. I was submitted all the requirements last February 2,2021. I haven't received any email or call that my application has been approved. I haven't received any financial assistance either. Thank you for your request dated Feb 12, 2021 09:58:21 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of DOLE-TABANG application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 2, 2021 and was evaluated by DOLE-TABANG of OWWA-RWO 2 as QUALIFIED on 02/05/2021. Your documents were endorsed to DOLE Regional Office II for the pay-out of benefits. Follow-up with DOLE Regional Office-II for the release of the DOLE-TABANG benefit to your dependent who is enrolled in the Tertiary Education. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
