Hello, Good day! Can I apply for a passport using my local registrar's certified true copy of birth while my legitimation is being processed? My local registrars copy already has reference number of the submitted file. "This child shall be known as: (My full name)" note is already indicated on the said copy. I appreciate your response on this. Sincerely, Yvonne Angelie Binghay Lomocso
