Purpose: Passport Fee

My neighbor ask refund and I am just gonna help her. 1. Apparently, the system has an error. I was not able to find the appointment site for new passport here in Bulacan. Only site for simple renewal. We clicked it, and the system accepted it even if there is no passport number entered on it. Meaning, we assume that it is okay since it was accepted. But, when she went to the site, the staff did not accommodate her. It was not her fault since the system accepted it. 2. The money was just a debt to someone, bring it back. She need to apply again and has no money. It was not entirely her fault.
