I would like to ask if i can travel to kuwait that my passport will expired on january 2022..im about to travel this august 2021
July 21, 2021 Dear Bermie, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 21, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Passport. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from BI website immigration.gov.ph or you may click the link http://www.immigration.gov.ph/images/Advisory/2021/03_Mar/05/002.jpg for additional requirement for Filipinos Traveling Abroad. Thus, regarding your inquiry on the rules of Filipinos traveling abroad with Philippine passport with less than six months validity you may click the link https://immigration.gov.ph/faqs/travel-req if the travel is for tourist purpose. However, if the traveler/passenger is an immigrant or an OFW to the country of destination, you can be allowed to leave/depart even with Philippine passport which is less than six (6) months valid. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
