Good day! I would like to request a reschedule in my DFA Appointment for passport application. Below are my details for your reference: APPOINTMENT CODE#: 00242023091800555 SITE NAME: Legazpi (Pacific Mall Legazpi) ORIGINAL DATE & TIME: Monday, Sep 18, 2023, 16:00 - 17:00 DESIRED RESCHEDULE DATE: Friday, Sep 29, 2023, 16:00-17:00 Reason : Unfortunately, a sudden family/personal emergency has arisen, and I am unable to attend the appointment as planned. I tried requesting it on your website (https://www.passport.gov.ph/appointment/view) but the option for rescheduling doesn't show, please see attached image below. The email that was previously sent to me after my application clearly states that I can still reschedule 3 days before my original appointment. I am requesting your urgent assistance in this matter.
