Hi! We have a group appointment and we thought that we only had one reference number and that is my friend's reference number. Now, the problem is, we have paid and transacted twice in my friend's reference number in 7/11. Since, it is already transacted according to the cashier, we can't take back our money we have paid. Is there a way to get our money back? because it seems that we overpaid in one reference number. Thank you.
