SM Seaside Cebu - Temporary Off-site I was advised to apply for a correction of PSA before I can proceed with my application. However, If you have already made your personal appearance for your previous appointment, you are given 30 calendar days to produce any lacking requirements. If your documents are still incomplete after the given deadline, your appointment slot and payment will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure that all his documents are correct and complete before setting an online appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
