Good Day! According to OWWA Dubai, in an email dated November 21, 2021, Raquel Ingalla Meroy, my wife, has left her employer to go to the Philippines. Raquel's last message was August 2021. She has no contact also with friends and relatives. She abandoned all her known social media accounts. Kindly help.
December 10, 2021 Dear Dindo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 09, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Passenger Arrival from UAE - Raquel Ingalla Meroy. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your wife's travel record at BI Main Office. Kindly bring and present documents as proof of marriage such as but not limited to: marriage Certificate, birth certificates of your children and other similar documents. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
