I am Jefferson Estela, a fourth-year architecture student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and currently conducting my Architectural Thesis about the Pasig River Ferry System. May I request the data/information from your office in compliance with the initial requirements of my thesis: -Comprehensive Pasig River Rehabilitation Management Project -Feasibility Study for the Pasig River Ferry System I already got denied from MMDA, DENR, and NEDA since PRRC's termination as an agency.
