Hi, I would like to request for a copy of the 16-page Anti-Smoking Ordinance number 40-2011 authored by Alexee Santiago, and passed on 15 December 2011. This has been written about in several online news sites, but I cannot find an electronic copy on the web. I also visited Pasig City's Full Disclosure webpage only to find one ordinance in PDF format ((Ordinance 33 series of 2013). I hope that this site will be populated soon. Thank you.
