Dear Pasig City FOI Receiving Officer,
Good day!
We are MA Communication students of the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines Diliman. Last semester, as a class requirement, we produced a study entitled, "Communicating COVID-19 in Local Government: A Content Analysis on the Crisis Communication Agenda of Pasig City Public Information Office Facebook Page during the Pandemic." In this study, we analyzed 240 Facebook posts, specifically captions, generated and re-shared by the Pasig City PIO Facebook Page. We gathered posts from January 2019 to February 2021.

We would like to inquire if we may present some of the said Facebook posts during the National Communication Research Conference. The said paper was selected for presentation on November 12 or 13, 2021.
If possible, the post screenshots will be included in the PowerPoint presentation and we will attribute these correctly.
Kindly let us know if we need to write a formal letter for this request and to who we may address our letter.
