July 26, 2023 Dear Christin Valencia, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 24, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Partial data of PWD who graduated in College. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Philippines' National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) (formerly National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons or NCWDP) that may have the data you requested. NCDA is mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to NCDA by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at (632) 9326422 or by email at [email protected]. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) may also have the data you require. Under Republic Act 10625 (the “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013”), the PSA is the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic census on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the PSA by submitting a request to the PSA via this portal. You may also contact the PSA by telephone at 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834 or via email at [email protected]. Furthermore, you may also contact the Provincial Government of Bicol for your concern.
