Hi, I would like to request for governing rules regarding part-time employment. I am currently researching on the feasibility of hiring part-time employees. 1. What are their benefits? 2. How are they compensated? Could it be per full hours worked? Or must it be per minutes worked? 3. Must the company submit/declare any requirements to DOLE or other government offices?
