We would like to request the correct parameters in Philippine Scenario to use for STAR Tool which can be found at this URL: https://maps.merseyforest.org.uk/grabs/step1_1.php Specifically, we would like to request the following: 1. Sunrise time 2. Sunset time 3. Specific heat of air 4. Soil depth 5. Thermal conductivity, Specific Heat, and Density of soil OR Soil type and Saturation 6. Height of surface boundary layer (SBL) 7. Wind velocity at SBL 8. Specific humidity at SBL 9. Peak insolation 10. Night radiation Your assistance is highly appreciated.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 14, 2020. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
