Magandang araw ho, nais ko ho sanang malaman kung papaano mapapabilis ang proseso ng pagpapatitulo ng agricultural land sa Tagaytay. Noong nakaraang taon ho ako magsimulang mag asikaso para patituluhan ang lupa na nabili ko sa kakilala subalit hanggang ngayon ay ndi pa rin ito natatapos. Una ay nagpunta ako sa Registry of Deed sa Tagaytay pero itinuro ako nito sa PENRO General Trias para sa Lot Status pero pinapunta ako sa CENRO Calamba at Cenro Los Baños para sa Cadastral Map at Technical Description pero pagpunta ko ho sa LRA pero my audit findings daw sila na open polygon.
