3) Pantawid Pamilya Impact Evaluation Reports from 2015 - present (or anything available after the impact evaluation report in 2014). The evaluations available on the website are from 2012 and 2014.

Dear Mr. Balatbat:

You requested for the following information: “(1) Number of 4Ps Families who fall below the poverty line for each of the following years: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017; (2) Percentage of the total 4Ps Families who fall below the poverty line for each of the following years: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017; and (3) Pantawid Pamilya Impact Evaluation Reports from 2015 - present (or anything available after the impact evaluation report in 2014). The evaluations available on the website are from 2012 and 2014.”

The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) monitors only the compliance of beneficiaries to the set program conditions yearly. Their respective status in relation to the poverty threshold/poverty line is not assessed on a yearly basis but every four (4) years through the Listahanan survey. Thus, we cannot provide the information you requested under item nos. (1) and (2).

Also, the analysis of Impact Evaluation Wave 3 is still ongoing and is expected to be published by February 2019. Thus, we do not yet have the information you requested under item no. (3).

Thus, we are denying your eFOI request for the above reasons.
